Dark Eagle Missile System
The U.S. has unveiled the Dark Eagle missile system, a cutting-edge anti-missile technology capable of intercepting ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles. It employs a hypersonic glide warhead and two-stage design, achieving speeds of 20,826 km/h. Tested at Cape Canaveral, it enhances interception capabilities against advanced threats, outperforming Russia’s S-300V4, S-400, and S-500 systems. The system highlights advancements in missile defense amid global tensions and counters systems like Russia’s Oreshnik and 53T6M. Dark Eagle strengthens the U.S.’s position in missile defense technology and represents significant progress in maintaining global strategic superiority.
