Eligibility
- Rural youth who are poor
- Age limit: 15-35 (45 for women, PVTGs, PwDs, Transgender, and other special groups)
- Focus on SC/ST, minorities, and women
- No separate targets for special groups
- Strategies to address issues of access for special groups
Implementation Strategy
