  • Training partners with accreditation and affiliation through NSDC SMART Portal as PIAs

Benefits:

  • Placement linked skill training for Modern/Traditional Trades
  • Soft skills, IT training, and English language training included
  • Assistance in developing business plans and hiring management team for SHG/producer companies
  • Residential facilities for outstation trainees
  • Linkages for self-employment with banks and financial institutions
  • Placement and Post Placement Support (PPS) for at least 75% candidates and 50% in organized sector

Eligibility:

  • Belong to minority community
  • Age between 14-45 years
  • Minimum education qualification of Class V

Implementation Strategy:

  • Programs of 2 months to 1 year duration
  • Focus on industry readiness and compliant with NSQF guidelines
  • Link trainees with Aadhaar/UID Number or any other Govt. recognized identification number
  • 15% candidates belonging to BPL families of non-minority communities and 2.5% disabled persons belonging to minority communities can be considered for enrollment.
