Benefits:
- Placement linked skill training for Modern/Traditional Trades
- Soft skills, IT training, and English language training included
- Assistance in developing business plans and hiring management team for SHG/producer companies
- Residential facilities for outstation trainees
- Linkages for self-employment with banks and financial institutions
- Placement and Post Placement Support (PPS) for at least 75% candidates and 50% in organized sector
Eligibility:
- Belong to minority community
- Age between 14-45 years
- Minimum education qualification of Class V
Implementation Strategy:
- Programs of 2 months to 1 year duration
- Focus on industry readiness and compliant with NSQF guidelines
- Link trainees with Aadhaar/UID Number or any other Govt. recognized identification number
- 15% candidates belonging to BPL families of non-minority communities and 2.5% disabled persons belonging to minority communities can be considered for enrollment.
