India and Liberia Bilateral Ties

India and Liberia held their first Foreign Office Consultations in Monrovia to strengthen ties in trade, health, education, and energy. Led by Sevala Naik Mude and Sara Beysolow Nyanti, the discussions highlighted cooperation in Digital Public Infrastructure and development assistance. Both nations pledged mutual support for UN Security Council seats (2028–29) and discussed India’s advocacy for African Union G20 membership. Liberia acknowledged its active role in the Voice of Global South Summits, emphasizing shared global governance goals. This collaboration marks a significant step in enhancing bilateral relations and addressing regional and global challenges.
