Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2024
The Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2024 report, released by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, recognised 13 states and UTs, including Gujarat, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, as “achievers” in logistics performance. The report evaluates states based on Logistics Infrastructure, Services, Operating Environment, and Sustainable Logistics. It encourages trade, reduces transaction costs, and aligns with the global Logistics Performance Index (LPI). The report introduces new sustainability measures and awards excellence through LEAPS 2024. States are urged to adopt innovative technologies, enhance multi-modal hubs, and improve last-mile connectivity to boost logistics efficiency.
