Organized at the Amar Mahal Museum Complex in Jammu, the festival is a tribute to the vision initiated by Dr. Karan Singh in 1975, with Dr. Jyotsna Singh, the Director of Amar Mahal Museum and Library, playing a pivotal role in its realization.
